Electronic transcripts The information below is for those who choose to download and print PDF transcripts and/or data file results via a secure site account. Files may only be downloaded if students and/or their high schools have requested that a transcript of IB grades / results be sent to your institution and if you have access to the results section of the web site. Please note: • If you choose to receive IB transcripts electronically, transcripts will not be mailed to you; instead, you must download files from the secure site. There are three ways to access transcripts / results from the site: 1. Download a data file of results (CSV, DAT) 2. Download a printable PDF transcript letter 3. Search for and view candidate results on screen • You will receive e-mail notifications when there are new transcripts / results to download or print. • Up to five accounts at each institution can be programmed for transcript access. • If after electing to receive transcripts electronically you later decide that the electronic method is not for you, please contact your regional office so that transcripts can be mailed instead. http://www.ibo.org/offices/regions/ Or in North America, contact: Vancouver@ibo.org • For more information about electronic transcripts please email universities@ibo.org
