The exhibit hall hours are as follows:
Set-up
Thursday, 21 July 2011 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Open to Participants
Thursday, 21 July 2011: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday, 22 July 2011: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 1:30 – 5:00 PM
Saturday, 23 July 2011: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 1:30 – 5:00 PM
Breakdown: Saturday, 23 July 2011: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Reception and refreshment breaks will take place in the exhibit hall to increase traffic. Each table will be provided with optional electrical access and the entire hall will be equipped with wifi. To purchase electricity, A/V accommodations, or internet access for your both, please download the appropriate forms and submit them to the hotel directly. Please note we have negotiated a 10% discount on electric and 20% discount on equipment as well as internet on your behalf. Be sure the hotel takes this into account on your final bill.
Special Events/Meals
Please note that there will be no breakfast served on any day of the conference. Lunch will be served each day as well as substantial refreshment breaks in the late mornings and afternoons. Only full conference participants will have access to meals. Companion pass holders or exhibitors without a conference registration will not be provided with meal tickets and may only attend the opening reception and closing dinner. While these two events are not black tie affairs, they are dressy and we encourage participants to wear appropriate attire.
Visa, Passport, and Travel Information
All non-US citizens must present proof of citizenship to enter the United States. An acceptable form of identification is a valid passport. N.B. - depending on your country of origin, you may be required to obtain an additional visa. Please contact your embassy to confirm entry requirements.
