ACCREDITATION LIAISON OFFICER—DIPLOMA PROGRAMME – PART-TIME, TWO DAYS PER WEEK      REF 96

Salary:  £15,768 - £21,023 per year pro rata (starting salary £15,768 pro rata)

You will provide clerical and administrative support to the head of Diploma programme development in managing the IB’s relationship with accreditation authorities. Your duties will include correspondence with accreditation authorities, systemising and recording that communication, communicating with relevant IB staff, arranging and supporting meetings, gathering information from relevant departments and providing general administrative support to the Diploma department.

You will be educated to IB Diploma, A-Level or equivalent standard. A good command of English is essential.  You will be a good communicator, attentive to detail, and will have a high level of IT skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will also be able to prioritize work effectively.

Interviews are provisionally planned for 9 November 2006.
