The IB launches a new leadership and management development framework
The IB is proud to announce the launch of a new global leadership and management development framework that will give all employees the opportunity to develop their leadership potential and managerial capabilities.
This long term initiative has been designed by SHL People Solutions in partnership with the IB HR department. SHL are specialists in behavioural change and development and the design of the leadership and management development framework will incorporate the new IB competency framework, known as the IB Employee Profile, which is currently in the final stages of design.
The framework will be built up over time to offer a wide scope of executive development and coaching, development centres, action learning sets and module and workshop opportunities.
