IB Diploma provides new opportunity at Spanish university

On May 10, 2007, the Spanish Ministry of Education declared students may use the IB Diploma Programme for admission to Spanish universities instead of taking the Selectividad Exam for the academic year 2007-2008, applicable from 1 June.

To register students online please go to the UNED website, http://www.uned.es, where you will be able to pay the fees and proceed to the "acceso directo" button.  Online registration dates are from May 21 to June 6. IB Diploma results will be available as of July 5th and may be sent to UNED by fax, courier or taken personally.  UNED will accept the required documentation by August.
